I've been wondering if its a mistake too (its happened before on a faceboook comp, all entrants got an email to say they had won and then we all got told it was a glitch and we had not won). There seems to be a lot of us again this time and no one seems to have had a reply back. I asked abour sizes too but have not had a reply?

I also received an email, and replied the same day. I haven't heard back, but don't usually, anyway, when companies request details. They are probably just obtaining the prizes in the required sizes before sending them out...it often takes upto 28 days for prizes to be delivered.

I had a WEM on Tuesday, and have had a reply to my email - it simply said 'Thank you for your email, you should shortly receive your gift'. Will let you know if I receive anything. I was also surprised at the number of winners to this comp. Good luck & hopefully we'll all get the prize

I got the reply to my email a few minutes after I sent it on Tuesday, am sure if it was an error we would have heard by now

Hi

Just rang the phone number at the bottom of the WEM. It seems Alix (who sent my email) has left but I spoke to the lady who is wading through all the winners (so there are a lot of us!) and she said she would be replying to emails this afternoon and tomorrow.
