Recommend a good solicitor for deed of trust agreement?

We're first time buyers with a complicated trust agreement and we're having trouble finding a solicitor to deal with it. And we're three weeks out from completion.

We would very much appreciate if someone good recommend a *good* solicitor to advise us on this matter.

Our first solicitor kept pushing us to go with a standard template despite the fact that this wouldn't work with our arrangement. The next one we've gone to wants us to pay £420 up front before they will proceed. I've said we're happy to pay a £200 deposit and the rest on completion. Given that we've only conversed via email, that we're 3 weeks out from completion and that it involves the largest transaction of our lives I thought this was more than fair. Anyway I'm waiting to hear their response but don't hold our much hope so here we are.
