Dwr Cymru Welsh Water has teamed up with Aqualogic to offer our customers water pipe lagging kits to help prepare for winter.


To order your winter lagging kit, please call: 0844 324 0844 (local rate call), lines are open Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.


It's an automated system where you just have to leave your name and postal details. Takes about 1 minute and half to complete.

Yorkshire water were doing something similar, wish someone would do it in my area

Thanks, my pipes burst last year while I was away over Christmas and the (rented) house had to be gutted and I had to find somewhere else to live. I'm determined to do everything possible to avoid a repeat this year!

The Yorkshire Water one got delivered over the border to Derbyshire.
