AA Batteries at Tesco

Don't think this is a glitch, but went into Tesco to buy batteries, picked up a 4pack of Energizer Ultra+ AA with a SEL of £3.00 and found the exact same but in an 8 pack for £2.50 -
handy for those 'batteries not included' xmas pressies....which i never seem to notice until i'm in the middle of wrapping them!!
