We managed to get the Penguin in Morrisons this afternoon, but it was the last one (they only got them in yesterday) and they weren't expecting any more. I bought the Joker from this seller on Ebay:

They are in America, but postage was reasonable and it arrived really quickly.
I basically think they are all like rocking horse poo at the moment!
