Tesco h&b points glitch?

Just been to Tesco and among my normal shop I bought 2 packs of Simple multipack soaps (£1.98 each) and a single bar of soap (24p) to take it over £4

At the till I gave a £1 off toiletries and 1x50 extra points coupon and at the bottom of my reciept it says 100 points
Not complaining, but just thought I'd share a possible 50 extra points with you:D
can anyone else confirm this?

I did a similar transaction and the 50 points wouldn't even add on! i had to go to CS to sort. Which they did. Lucky you!!!

i got some items worth £10.50 the other day for about 50p (after the bogof and vouchers)

also used one 50 point voucher for every £2 spent = 5 vouchers... and they added the 250 points!!

wasn't expecting it to work but glad it did

Is it possible the SA scanned the 50pt coupon twice by accident?

it could be that with a flick of the wrist the sensor accepted the voucher twice.

Nice when it happens although my experience lately is of having vouchers returned before they are scanned or even dare I say it, the SA "pretending" to scan them

i've had one of those "pretend to scan" SAs! thought it a bit odd tho - why would they do that? it's not their money... ??

some of the SAs are told off for accepting too many vouchers, maybe some feel awkward about refusing the customer so just pretend to scan them.

One lady I used to visit would happily scan my h&b vouchers, and would accept one non purchased voucher. Then last week I presented my vouchers, she told me she had been told off for accepting mine and other people's vouchers and immediately called the supervisor to clarify what she could and could not accept.

This has happened to me all this week, its harder now all the young Christmas staff have gone, non theres just a line of non-smiling ladies to choose from;)
