HF or TL, SMA inverters?

Apologies if this has been asked before.
A question regarding which is best/more suitable. The Sunnyboy HF transformer range or the TL transformerless range?
Having a 3.12 kwp system, inverter in integral garage. We are a bit worried about noise/humming of things with transformers in. We have been quoted for a SMA SB3000 HF
The HF one has 38 db and the TL model is 25 db. Is this likely to be significant.
The ranges are also different dimensions. The TL range is not as small as I thought it might be. It is also heavier, 22kg as opposed to 17 kg. I thought things with transformers in were ususally heavier?
Anyway advice appreciated. From what I can see there is not a massive difference in price and both ranges are bluetooth compatible.

Some say the transformer inverters wake them up when the kick in early morning, this would depend on your location to the garage. The TL inverters are near silent, I have the sb4000tl and it makes no noise that I can hear. The array would need to be earthed with the TL inverter, if this isn't a downside for you then go with the TL.0
