Possible smarties glitch at Tesco express?

Someone on hukd deals has posted that they have smarties 5 pack on offer of bogof but they have scanned through as 52p for the 2 packs. Not sure if its store specific as others have said they scan at 1.89 Update its deffo working

It says on HDUK that they got them at an Express store... i will try an Extra store today, but if anyoneets there before me, please could you let us know.

From past glitches aren't express one always just at them stores as they have a seperate pricing system? so i doubt its in an extra/normal store

Glitch working @ my local Express SEL 52p only and not BOGOF but my receipt does state BOGOF.

Ok so we got to express store and they were right at the front, hubby asked the guy how much they were and he scanned them and said they were half price at 52p, hubby asked how many he had and was told 3 big boxes so hubby said he'll take 2 (i was thinking omg we dont need that many lol). Anyway he scanned them all and came to £12 something then dropped to £6 and sa looked shocked and spoke to manager who said they have to honour it but it needs fixing. Apparently they are meant to be £1.04 but down to half price 52p but they are also ringing in at bogof. This is only at express stores not extra
