i've got some mushrooms that are looking a bit dried out, slightly hard and the skin feels a bit papery, does anyone know if these are alright to use?

Yep, use them, (if it's something with a sauce that is) slightly dessicated is fine, slimy and yucky is notOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things
