    Lots of bargains in health & beauty today as stores are doing a rebrief of the section. look out for the little yellow sel's. I got 450ml Silverkrin hairspray @ 64p, Tesco's o/l anti dandruff shampoo @21p, lynx deodrant @ 63p,Strepsils 24pack @35p, Imperial Leather pink soap 4 pack @ 37p & loads of other bits.
  • Thomas the tank aquadraw is down to £7.50 from approx £25. The connect 4/downfall games bundled together are down to 3.23. Great for pressies
    The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
    So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

    Sorry to rain on everyones bargain hunting parade, but these booster cushions are really only useful for complying with "the letter of the law" rather than prioritising your child's safety.

    Each to his own and all that, but if you want SAFETY you need a high back booster such as a britax highliner. THey have side impact and neck protection etc.

    Just look at some of the crash test videos and the think what would happen to your child- you spend ££££ on the car.....£40 or less for a decent car seat isn't a bad investment.

    Appreciate what you are saying, however as the ones I want are for short journeys on rare occasions for children from 4 to 11 I can't afford the other sorts.

  • Tesco own brand roll on deodrants reduced to 14p from 50 something, tescos own steradent stuff 7p, lots of toothbrushes very cheap - 19p I think. Got £22 worth of stuff for nothing using a combination of toiletry and beauty vouchers plus 100points on my clubcard!
  • Few bargains today at Dundee Extra on the Kingsway.

    Hanson body fat analyser scales £24.92 down to £6.23

    White porcelain dinner set £14.xx down to £3.55

    Shower curtain £1.87 down to 45p

    Rag rugs £1.97 down to 49p

    Crome / glass bathroom shelf with bit to hang towel underneath £9.97 down to £2.xx

    MB kids games 2 pack £12.xx down to £3.23 - two different packs.

    Quite a few more bargains but I can't remember the prices off hand. If your local it's worth a look.

    24 piece cutlery set down to £1.98 from £7.99
  • Just come back from my local Tescos
    They have a set of 3 seagrass wicker baskets very sturdy ideal for christmas hampers reduced to £1.97 from £7.97 Sel did state £3.98 so well pleased.

    They also had packets of H/E seasalt prezetels reduced to 18p a packet. I think they were about 42p a pack.
