Childs Batman outfit

Wasn't sure where to post this ----

Am wanting to buy my 4 year old (in January) grandson a Batman Outfit but the sizing seems to be 3-4 and 5-6.

Can anyone tell me if these outfits tend to be cut on the small side or big?

He is not a frail little thing but on the other hand the 5-6 sounds way too big.

It depends on the material etc but if your unsure go for the bigger size he can still use it and he will get more wear out of it as he grows!! My little brother is 2 and most of his outfits like this are 3-4 as he can wear it over clothes and still have lots of room to run about in etc and also for him to grow into!!

I would get the 5 - 6. I bought my son 2 - 3 when he was about 18months and he wears it with clothes underneath so it fits fine but there it will last him!
