6 litres of Robinsons Squash in Asda for £2

Bought 2 x 2litre bottles of Robinsons Squash in Asda today. They have 50% extra free (so 3 litre bottles) and they are £1.73 each or 'Buy 2 for £3'.

However on my receipt, instead of refunding 46p, they refund £1.46, so you're getting 6 litres for £2.

This was Asda Cribbs in Bristol (on end of squash aisle). Hopefully it works nationwide :j

Thanks, I will go and stock up ready for DS birthday party. Hope I get the '2 for £2' as well.

And I thought Tesco were cheap having the 3 litre bottles at £1.73 or summat, but they didn't have a further offer for buying 2 AFAIK.

Well I went to Asda and got some of the squash, 4 bottles.

The shelf banner did actually say '2 for £2' and it worked on the till. Bargainous!!

I was impressed with Asda's price integrity after extensive experience of Tesco's !!!!!! misleading/wrong shelf labels. Just for a minute today I thought I had an Asda misprice as they had packs of battered chicken with a Shelf label saying '2 for £3' but the product was stickered '3 for £3'.

Bought 3 packs then checked my receipt, all ready to go to CS for my £2 giftcard....but they scanned at the lower price. Would never had happened at Mr T's!
