Address for sending DMP letters

Hi all,
I've just sorted my letters out but am unsure which exact address / department to send them to.
Is there a link or site that would have them all?
The companies I'm looking for are:
A&L (Bank account and cc)
HSBC (bank account and cc)
Lloyds (cc)
Egg (cc)
Capital One (cc)
Man Utd MBNA (cc)
Sainsburys (loan)
While I am here I just wanted to thank all the people on this board. This offers a huge ammount of support to me and I am really greatful for it. I am sure we all feel like it, but today is a day to say it
