selling endowments

We've made alternative arrangements for mortgage as the endowment won't cover but we're not sure now whether to let it run its course/cash in or sell? Anyone have any suggestions? Would like the money now but wondering whether we'll lose out on good final bonus, plus it has mpp which pays something too. Thanks. kytra40
