Sky phone charges

I am currently paying £5.00 for calls unlimited; however I was checking sky phone tariffs and came across what they call 24/7 and 24/7 international. The 24/7 tariff is free but you pay £5.00 to include the international calls. Can someone please explain the difference between these tariffs as 24/7 sounds to me like the same as unlimited.

They are both old plans and were replaced with Talk Freetime E/W and Talk Unlimited.
