My Girlfriends mum has just emigrated to canada today, in fact she is in the air as I type this....She tried getting final figures from the utilities and the council etc, they didnt want to know...If it was me, i'd just go, to hell with them, they overcharge us in every direction...In fact why would anyone want 2 stay here......
In this trusted place U can erase
Every tear that ever rolled down your weary face
All the time U waste in that paper chase
Is time better spent in these arms of mine
  • You may need to consider that there are actually very few countries in the world that anything legal cannot be enforced in. Countries such as Thailand and certain south american countries, the phillipines also. Canada i would imagine is enforceable seeing as even the british police force can liase with them and occasionally work along side of them. You may be on a very sicky wicket here A local solicitor would be able to clarify this for you.
  • best to get in touch as quickly as possible i think, wont be surprised if any costs incurred by them will be added to the overall debt as well.
