hi....as above, steer clear of paying for someone else to fill in the forms, but using your own input at the same time.
It's a bit like getting someone else to stand in for you when you got married?
The forms seem complex, but much will not apply to you.
However, the important point I'd like to get across is......
don't worry about making mistakes on the forms.
The clerks at Court will peruse them first, and rectify any errors...it's their job!
If any accounting errors are made, creditors left off, etc..then that will be sorted out by the OR's office, and the interview...or, even, when you remember or find out!
Providing you have received sound advice from one of the free debt charities, the Judge will be satisfied you both are fully aware of the responsibilities and consequences of BR.
But, that £500 you should save by not paying others to do what you can do for free.....well, I'm sure you can think of a better use for it???No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
Please don't pay anyone to help you fill out the forms! They are easy (as long as you collate the information) and the guy at the court will correct any mistakes. Me and my wife went bankrupt in feb after a failed business and resulting personal debt and we have just been discharged. Our cars weren't taken because we had to have them for work - in fact none of our assets were! I know it is scary but don't let yourself be ripped off!0
