Cheap Waterproof Digital Camera (not one use)

We are going on holiday at Christmas, and will be swimming, snorkling and paddle boarding, and i would like a cheap digital camera that i can use for these activities. Ive used one use cameras before, but they dont give brilliant pictures and you can end up spending about £15 - £20 (camera then developing) and as there are 3 of us i could be spending £50 - £60 on this, when i could spend a similar amount and get a camera i can use again and again, and download the pics straight to my laptop, to save on developing.
Of course, i dont want to spend too much, but i want something decent but i have no experience of this type of camera.
So, any suggestions?

For that sort of money I think you are going to struggle getting something halfway decent.
I think they do waterproof cases for most modern digital cameras and that would be what I would be looking for.
Or a generic one, something like this
