Hi!
Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe for mint chocolate cupcakes,
I want a chocolate cupcake with a hole goiuged out of the top filled with peppermint goo and then covered with peppermint buttercream, I've looked and can't find anything that sounds like the above... a request from a friend for her birthday
If anyone has anything remotely similar that would be amazing!! :T
