I defrosted some mince on Friday and made a spag bol - made a lot - bulked it out with carrots, celery, onions and tinned toms. It's been in a tupperwear box in the fridge since, will is be ok to freeze now or have I left it too late? Ideally I wanted to take some to work tomorrow, not sure whether to freeze it all or leave some out for tomorrow (useless with freezing stuff!)

yes you can freeze it - if you are going to eat it tomorrow though I would just leave it in the fridge. It is cooked so will be fine.0
