Not sure who to thank!

I'm not sure who to thank, because this competition came from the Denon & Royal Republic Headphones comp - I've won the Royal Republic VIP package to see the band perform, meet them and a Royal Republic Tour-Shirt, poster and (analogue) Notebook!

Does anyone know what an analogue notebook is?! I can't seem to figure it out on Google .. I'm probably being dense, but is it just a notepad with lines in or is it a mini laptop?

Hi sineadoreb.
I also won the VIP package. When they say about the notebook they just mean a normal writing notebook. I think the only reason they put (analogue) in was so people didn't think they had won a digital one.

Congratulations on your first win! I'm a bit on the fence about taking the prize (I really wanted the headphones), and it's on the eve of my partner's birthday if it was a proper notebook it would've swayed me to go! I thought it was probably just a normal notebook, but just wanted to be sure!

Surely if it's the eve of your partners birthday what a great birthday outing for him to watch a band? It's free, so you may as well make use of it

I hadn't heard the band before and i wasn't sure at first if i wanted to go. But i've watched a few videos of them and their support act and they both look really good. I'm really pleased that i won now and i am really looking forward to going. It's always nice to hear new good music.
Also thanks to the original person who posted this competition whoever and wherever you are. I'm not sure if i followed a link from here or whether entering followed on from the daily headphone comp, but THANKYOU!

It is difficult with neither of us driving and not living in the city.. I shall speak to my partner and see, we're already going to London on the Friday and have something planned in Nottingham on the Sunday, I'm swaying towards going at the moment, several of their songs are really catchy!
