According to our government plans to cut your heating bills article, how much has the price of fuel risen by over the last 5 years?
8%
18%
28%

I think the answer should be 18% based on extracts below

Click

the average household energy bill has doubled in the last 5 years

In just the past few months, all the major energy suppliers have put their gas and electricity prices up by as much as 18%.

the average household energy bill has doubled in the last 5 years, going up from £740 to £1,345.

Then shouldn't the answer be 100%??

No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere
  • If its gone up 18% in the last few months as it is mentioned in the extract and the question relates to the last 5 years then the answer surely must be 28%
