Odyssey Arena, Belfast Seating Plan

I booked tickets for a concert at the Odyssey Arena, Belfast and when I booked them I was told there was 2 different levels, lower and upper. According to a male I just spoke to in the box office at the arena there isn't different levels, although there is steps.
Is there 2 different levels so say someone in row N would be at the front of the upper tier and a person in row M would be at the back of the lower tier? BTW I have looked at the seating plan but I cannot work out who is correct on this occasion. Can anyone please advise?

I think the seating layout will depend on the type of event being staged.
The Odessey Arena's web site shows two levels as does Ticketmaster's seating chart.
The pictures on the venue's web site seem to show tiered seating.
You could always try calling the venue to ask.0 -

The tickets are for the Dolly Parton concert and it is an end stage seating plan. I called the venue and the male who answered said it is all tiered but when I booked with ticketmaster they said there was 2 different levels and that row n was the start of the second level.
Is it all tiered seating or is there 2 different levels?0 -
It's difficult to tell from these pictures, but they seem to show tiered seating with a gap rather than two distinct levels :
The venue can obviously be configured to suit the promoter's individual requirements.0 -
THANKS for your help, much appreciated!0

There is no tiering as such - the seats on the 'slope' are considered to be lower and upper tiers - I think the upper tier starts around row M or thereabouts, but it's directly behind row L.
If you give me the exact seat numbers, I'll try my best to give you an idea where you'll be.0 -

I have worked out where the seats are. They are rows N and P but since there is no row O, row N is directly in front of row P. It seems like there is a walkway, then one row and then rows N and P.0
