Credit Agreement

I recently received a letter from ScotCall Debt Collection Services telling me that it was in "YOUR OWN BEST INTEREST" to contact them imediately.
I did that, and asked them to send me a copy of my Credit Agreement.
I enclosed the £1.00 fee required under the Consumer Credit Act.
I also stated that it should be supplied to me within 12 working days.
Today I received a letter from ScotCall with my £1.00 payment returned telling me that they were no longer dealing with the account and that the creditor would contact me shortly.
Does the 12 days to supply my credit agreement still stand?
I'm a bit confused as to what happens next.
Thanks for your help
