Be careful in Wilkinson.
I just been in there and got the last 6 bottles of comfort ..... manager .... said they cannot take them as they cannot take internet vouchers as previously someone came in a bought £80 worth of tresemme shampoo. So no longer taking internet vouchers. ......
Obviously 6 bottles of comfort is not the same as £80 worth of shampoo, but....
Why not try just one or two bottles at a time?
I tried one at my Wilkinsons last weekend when offer first posted
Just got one. Yes they did scrutinise voucher closely, but did accept it.
Same as Sacla sauces at Morrisons.
I 'buy' a couple every time I go in (make 1p profit on each;)) and so far I have had no problems at all.
Now if I had tried for 6, and waved 6 coupons, it might well attract attention, esp as these coupons usually have something in the small print along the lines of only 1 per transaction.
In a large busy store you could always try one, and if successful try another one or two at a different till. If challenged say - you have already accepted them, and I was just getting another one/two for my Mum/daughter etc.
Just my opinion of course0 -
Thanks OP. I just cut the voucher out and exchanged it no problem at Wilkinsons in Bristol.0

In my Wilkos today only the Comfort Pure (white liquid) 750 ml bottle was £1. The other 750ml fragrances were £1.80 I think - can't remember exactly. I bought 2 bottles of the Pure and used 2 vouchers and checked first that I could use them and there was no problem. The vouchers do say on them for Comfort Pure only but I spent one of them on the 1.5l yellow Comfort at Sainsburys which was £2 (thanks to a post earlier telling me about that). I also have used the £1 coupons to stock up on the Persil 20 tabs at Tescos which were £2.99. The voucher is for non bio but I've had no problem using it on bio at Tesco. I hope this info is helpful to anyone.0

I understand where you are coming from but the voucher is not restricted on a per person or per transaction basis. I dont believe 6 bottles to be excessive either, especially when most are being used for the weekly kids teams kit washing.The_Old_Bag wrote: »Obviously 6 bottles of comfort is not the same as £80 worth of shampoo, but....

I frequently ignore low value coupons that use a lot of ink!
Any chance you could give me a step by step guide of how to do this please?
Thanks
It was a bit of trial and error as I am not very techno savvy! But, I did a screen shot (using print screen key) and then opened paint and pasted it (Ctrl + V). Once in paint it allows you to crop the picture. Reduce it to include only the 'coupon' and if you are smarter then me, you could probably get several on one page!
I did get 2 on, but was fed up by then.
HTH Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
Will be trying this tomorrow. Thanks OP0

Brilliant. Can anyone confirm off the top of their head the expiry date for the persil offer? Someone in work is interested in this. His missus has been buying the Tesco own brand. (NO problem) but she has been using 2 liqui-tabs instead of 1 per wash. = about 30p a wash :eek: hehe anything for 10p a wash or thereabouts I'm happy with. There will also be a rare 50 wash box for £5 at co-op. (although other times it will be £7)
Coupon expiry is end of Feb so plenty of time folks! :TBaby daughter born 13.2.10 :j 6lb 11.5oz0 -
Wonderful CS. They have advised the store these can be accepted and a gift card on the way. Well done Wilkinson0
