Plug Ins are they compatible?

I find a good plug in calming - even cheers me up. I've been buying the single scent Airwick ones.
Anyone know if Aldi and other own-brand refills are compatible with Airwick (or with Glade or another brand)?
I'd like to settle on one type of plug in with the widest range of refills - original manufacturer's refills and supermarket own brand refills too if it's possible.

Aldi "Mistik" won't fit into Airwick. I have both and just tried them.0

Cheapest option would be to refill them yourself which also gives you complete control over what scents you have.

That's a good idea, I will look into that.0

I've found that not only are the various plug-ins incompatible but that individual companies bring out dispensers and then discontinue the refills. So you end up with a useless dispenser which has cost you. I'm definitely going to give refilling a try.0
