since the demise of my poor hens to mr fox i am horrified how much eggs cost these days:eek:
tryng to be thrifty i am keen to experiment baking with whole dried eggs but unable to find , would also like to try it for scrambled egg too ...
i have just used an " egg substitute " from a maker called oran that i picked up at my local deli , the results look ok , have yet to taste as they are cooling ..(.made peanut butter brownie and millies cookes ) but i would really like to find whole egg dried or in lquid form that i can use
i have searched online ...lots in u.s sites the only uk stuff i could find was from a body build website .. my protein and its £12.99 for a kilo i dont want that much
interesting i found some on a fishing bait website too
so now i am confused

can buy a reasonable but not huge quantity
has anyone used it and would recommend it
thanks for your help
