From what I understand if you use your van for insignificant private mileage you would be exempt from the tax however you would have to sign a declaration with your employer to this effect and they would have to inform the tax office on your behalf. I have told my employees to write to the tax office with a declaration themselves as well though.
BTW I would clarify what the IR class as 'insignificant' private mileage.0 -
