not sure if this link will work

i have got my x2 bm dresses from warehouse and my moh dress from wallis i just want peoples opionions on them. i dont want a traditional bm dress as i want my wedding informal but i am worried these look tacky. i do like them i suppose it the whole everyone else had propper dresses plus these all came to £35 alltogether so im now thinking o do they look cheap.

ps i wanted my moh to stand out thats why her dress id diff to the bm's she will be walking on her own with 2 bm behind just wanted to paint the picture haha

I really like them and don't think they look cheap. I understand you didn't want them to look too bridesmaid-y and they don't but remember when they have their flowers they will defintely stand out as bridesmaids so I'd go for them! Also, I'm impressed how well the colours match from 2 different shops! I have 1 adult and 1 early teen bridesmaid and getting their dresses to go together but still suit both is proving to be a nightmare unless I go to expensive bridal shop.
  • I think that the dresses are beautiful. In no way do they look cheap, and as pbny24 said, once they are holding a bouquet they will look like bridesmaids!

Well done on the MSE-ing too!

  • thanks, the moh dress is similar just without the ruffel/frill. not sure what shoes yet we r going shoe shopping soon but they will be wearing heals and im thinking a small side hair piece. and to complete the look uhhhmmmm not sure yet might just have a coursarge and a small bag or small bunch of ivory gerberahs there are so many options.

If it's a choice personally I'd go for the small bunch of gerberas to make them stand out more. I'm never too sure about the bridesmaid handbag and would worry it would make them look like more of a guest but that's just my opinion!
  • im shocked at the colour match to and the fact i managed to find them within a week of each other and all in the sales haha. thank you so much i feel so much better , im now thinking a small bouquet will defo look better ur right thanks xxx
