There is a shipping charge of £1.95 but I still tried and it wouldn't let me checkout. Said they had a temporary problem with paypal? but could pay by card.Overactively underachieving for almost half a century0

Why not order a small 99p item with the order to get the pen as it states with any order , there is loads of stuff on there for a pound inc pressed powder , concealers , blushers etc0
