I've been feeling quite run down & have done for a little while. My body feels like it's coming down with something & i know i'm very stressed with life in general right now. I was thinking about trying vitamins but am lost, lol. Could anybody recommend an all rounder please. I've been looking into wellwomen, b complex & omega 3. i really don't know where to start. Any advice greatly appreciated

Rather than blindly guessing, it might be worth getting to your Dr and having a blood test.
If you have a decent, well balanced diet, then you shouldn't be short of anything, and if you don't have a well balanced diet, then trying to get back to healthy eating might be a better way to go than taking pills.
Feeling run down can often be down to low iron, but taking iron tablets can lead to you getting a bit constipated. Increasing your consumption of green veg and red meat though will be much better for you.How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
I can't recommend a multivit but I find SPA-TONE liquid iron sachets are often helpful. I think it's just iron-rich water, and you can take it with juice, on its own or with water. I also used to take Floradix tonic when I was feeling run-down, too.
It's a good idea to get tested at your doctors in case there's some underlying cause of your tiredness.0 -

However, if you are desperate to shell out, the MSE way would be to buy a generic multivit and mineral supplement at around 99p/30. Even then your urine will be more expensive than mine! Forget the brands, they offer no advantage and in fact will compromise your wallet significantly.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
