Any good deals on DVD Players ?

Anyone seen any good deals about. Just ordered NTL's new +Box so does not necessarily have to be a recorder as well. Thx

Not sure what you think is a good deal but you can pick up very basic dvd players from tescos, asda, argos etc.. for about £17.

I got one from asda a couple of months ago - it looks and works fine (well, so far anyway )

Does that mean it wont play back up DVD's?

Just bought one from Sainsbury's in Cheadle reduced to £34.99. No HDMI cable just scart but at this price cannot complain. Easy set up and the picture quality is very good. Its £69.99 here at Amazon.

The Pacific from Asda: at £25-30 not the cheapest of all, but plays everything, even DVD+RW, which it doesn't claim to play!

The cheap ones on Amazon £19-£30ish are always a good buy especially as they're mostly multi-region ones! The option to buy foreign DVD's is a useful thing.
