Hi All,

I work in an environment where 99% of the staff are TUPE transferred staff and therefore have certain employment rights carried over from the previous employers.

I was taken on as a regional supervisor to lead these staff members and whilst they have received many notable pay increases and bonuses whilst under my leadership I have not received any at all- I equate to the 1%.

I was started on the lowest pay level of the companies own supervisor pay band and have not received any kind of pay increase at all in my time leading and managing the staff members performance.

As I have lead the team in my supervisory capacity and successfully improved the teams performance surely I am eligible for an increase as well. I currently feel very undervalued and unappreciated in so much as discriminated against as I have received no pay increase at all!

Any help and advice would be appreciated.

Sorry - you can but ask and make your points - preferably in a slightly less rancorous (albeit understandable) manner and see what your employer says. If the answer is no then you know where you stand. Either accepot it or find another job.
