It's still showing as available online for me but as I said going through at full price. For those that have ordered be prepared for them to cancel order or as normal charge you store price on day of delivery

By selecting ‘Provide Substitutions’ we will:

• Provide a suitable alternative if your selected product is unavailable
• Not charge you extra if it’s more expensive*
• And if you don’t want it, just hand it back to your driver for a full refund

*Excludes Link Save and Multibuy promotions
By selecting ‘Don’t Substitute’ you will not receive an alternative if the product is unavailable


Choosing substitutions

Your Personal Shopper picks your order by hand on the day of your delivery, so not all the products you have ordered may be available when your order is picked. That is why we ask you to tell us what you want us to do if your first choice is not available - these are called your substitutions.

When you checkout, you can choose a substitution policy for a particular item or the whole order, or you can add a substitution when you add a product to your shopping basket.

1. Click on the 'substitutions' button in the 'substitutions' section of the checkout page.
2. You can then tell us what to do for a specific product or for all products.
3. For a specific product, you can ask us to:
   • Find a suitable alternative
   • Specify a substitution of your choice
   • Ask us to not substitute
4. For all products, you can ask us to:
   • Substitute all items
   • Ask us to not substitute any item
5. When you're happy with the changes you've made, click on the 'confirm' button.

To add a substitution at the 'add to basket' stage simply:

1. Click 'write note' next to the relevant product.
2. A pop up will appear allowing you to make a substitution note for that specific product where you can ask us to:
   • Find a suitable alternative
   • Specify a substitution of your choice
   • Ask us to not substitute
3. When you're happy with your substitution information click 'ok'

My OH went to our store and said the area were they where had been savaged, ordered some online. I am very interested to see IF we get a substitution. Did click and collect as it was only £2.
