Clean out Oil Tank

Can anyone recommend some-one who can clean my Oil Tank (beehive domestic home-heating oil type).
I need the kero taken out and water/sludge drained from the bottom, fuel line cleaned etc before kerosene is put back in.

try a boiler man or plumber..if the tanks empty try it urself0

Try Tank Doc from Newtownards. You can google him. He does pump out for oil companies. Why not let your oi level drop to near empty and upend the tank to get the dirt out. A couple of burly men should do the trick or simply siphon the remainder out provided you have the fall/height to do it.0
