shop and scan

  • Is anyone having trouble with their scanner? I have been doing shop and scan for a couple of weeks and it all started out fine. Suddenly my scanner will not reset and I keep getting transmission faults, most often saying no barcodes have been uploaded.

I contacted shop and scan and they said that it can be a problem caused by recent internet explorer updates and to reset IE. I did this - to no effect. I also reinstalled the driver - no effect. Anyone else recently experienced this?

I'd like a referal - I joined a survey site that gave me a code, but it didn't work :( (I think it was surveyhead). I'd like to give it another go if anyone can send me an invite?

Shop and scan is great I have been a member for 4 years now, and collected around £500 worth of vouchers, I tend not to scan my receipts but I do food on the go and webview too.

I have just joined Shop and Scan and have nearly earned my 2nd £10 voucher. However, what is food on the go and webview? How do I join these?

You get asked to join via shop and scan, I think most people get invited, my sister has only been doing shop and scan for a few months and already is on food on the go.

I would love to be able to work out how to use the thing I can't hear the CD because it has loud music in the background and when I tried to transmit the barcodes it crashed the computer. They didn't send the right CD and I've had to use an old 32 bit computer.
