    phoned c.s today as I haven't had a despatch email yet, but they have taken the money from my bank. Was told there isn't a problem flagging up with the order, they "just haven't located the items yet for despatch".. mmm will this bargain actually turn up....Has anyone else had a despatch email yet !!!!

    OMG what a !!!! up, I ordered 2 lamps only one arrived today, the tracking facility is not working so contacted CS they said the 2 lamps should be in the one parcel ! (the tracking number on the parcel does not match the one on my delivery email) but she was adamant that 2 would have been sent in the same parcel !!! So they have ordered me another one to be sent out (even though the website says OOS ?) I then received 2 new emails - 1 saying my replacement has been ordered - the other saying my 2 lamps are ready for collection in my nominated store ???? I didnt nominate a store I had home delivery...Have emailed them to ask what store there at...could I end up with 5 lamps ...who knows...Has anyone else received theres yet...

    I meant to look for this thread to thank the OP,i got my lamp delivered yesterday,it's absolutely gorgeous,one of the best items i've bought from Debenhams,the lamp looks really expensive,i'm over the moon with it.
