This draw is open to all UK residents that are 18 years old or over except for employees and families of Rock of Ages London, American Airlines, Hard Rock Caf! and Gibson, their agents or anyone professionally involved in or connected with the promotion. The competition closes at midnight on 31st March 2012. Winners will be notified shortly after. Prize is to be taken before 31st March 2013, subject to availability of flights, tickets and hotel. No element of the prize can be exchanged and no cash alternative is available. All dates requested are subject to availability and winners may be asked to select alternative dates. Travel is valid for travel from LHR or MAN to JFK. Travel is only valid on American Airlines and American Eagle aircraft. Please note travel is subject to availability in a restricted inventory and all travel must be booked and completed by 31st March 2013. Tickets are not refundable, transferable or upgradeable and have no cash value. Transportation provided shall not accrue mileage credits for the purpose of American’s AAdvantage Programme. Requests for travel must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to departure. Once tickets are issued, no changes or amendments to names, dates or routing are permitted. These tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other American Airlines promotional offer. Transfers to or from the airports are not included. Hotel stay will be on a bed and breakfast basis only for 2 people sharing a standard guest room. The winner will need to provide a valid credit card on check in to hotel and is responsible for any additional charges during their stay, dates are subject to availability. Dinner consists of Hard Rock Caf! vouchers to the value of £45 per person. There is no cash alternative to the prizes; prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and not for re-sale. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent monetary value if this is necessary for any reason. If any prize event is postponed or cancelled for any reason, the prize will be valid for such other date on which the event is rescheduled. If a winner is unable or does not want, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant. I can't find this competition on there...I can find a different one to win a Gibson guitar and two tickets to see the show in London though.

That's for a different competition to win a guitar. I entered the NY competition when it was originally posted and to enter you had to sign an online petition. I have just Googled it and found the details here but it just directs you to the Facebook home page so it looks like it must have finished early.
