B&Q to introduce 90-day refund policy

Manager in my local store yesterday told me B&Q are going to offer refunds up to 90 days after purchase. Said it was all part of the plan to offer the best returns policy in the DIY business. Will come into effect end of Feb.

I have always found B&Q good on returns. Only quibble - and it might just be my local store - is they will not replace a faulty item, they refund you and you have to go buy it again. Usually no problem but it is annoying if you are returning an item that was on sale and no longer is.

Good post, although Wickes offer a 6 month refund/exchange policy, so B&Q still won't be offering the best policy!
