emergency help with dry chicken please

I got out of the freezer a 1kg pack of sliced cooked chicken breast for a buffet tomorrow, and as its defrosting i tried a bit and it is soooo dry... is there anything i can do that will make it usuable but roughly in its original state..... thanks so much
Ok, ok, i need to go back onto Weightwatchers, lost 7 stone..... 2 back on, this has to change.....Help!!!:eek:

I`d second the coronation chicken idea. Also, a nice buttery HM sauce with mushrooms, let it cool then mix the chicken in -with either of these you should get away with quite big bits of chicken.0

marinate it in either an oily marinade or a creamy one and heat up 'briefly' only until its hot!
and oily marinade could be the simplest oil + soy sauce +ginger and garlic and a creamy one - yoghurt + curry powder.
the marinaded chicken could be left for at least half hour to overnight in the fridge and I would stir fry if possible or put in the oven at high heat.0
