Anyone replaced/fitted led lighting in the home?
I'm after low wattage led light bulbs and transformers to replace 50mm dia halogen downlighters thats currently in the kids' bedrooms.I think they are 3 or 5w as opposed to the 20w halogens and consequently easy on the lecky bill.

Yes but LED's are not as efficient as Halogens so think about the reduced light output - if you want something that is much more efficient get flourescent lighting that is much better otherwise get smaller halogen bulbs.0
