How do I trace my old debts?

Hello all,

I am curenly in the process of clearing my debts which I got into around 5/6 years ago.

So far I have paid 8 creditors, I owed them a total of £3812 and I managed to settle them and pay £1741.

I still have 10 creditors to go, but struggling to trace them, they are not all on my credit reports, and where I have moved so much, most companies dont have my address now so I havent recieved any correspondance.

The ones I have already dealt with seam to switch to and from different debt collection companies and then sometimes back to the original creditor? Is there a way of tracking them?

I appreciate any help/advice you can give me.

Many Thanks
