Not really FP. Only 4/5 postings of indices and the rest information that might have an effect on future prices. What would you expect on a forum that debated house prices. Average replies around 35 ~ so quite a few thought they it worth their time debating.
My opinion is that house prices will be stable. (My forecast for this year was +2%) others have a differing opinion and post topics which they believe will lead to lower prices.
