Hi I am VERY new to this but need help from someone.
My mum and Uncle had to sell their business when he became Ill and sadly passed away.
They had just started to get an IVA, however i'm not too sure about it after reading into them. She has been told that it will be for 3 years and she has to put her house on the market now to show the creditors that she is doing what she can to get the money together, she has not been told anything about monthly payment either. Does this sound correct? Again when reading into them it sounds like it is for 5 years and you make a payment each month.
Is it too late to look into changing the company she is with? She is just waiting for the final figure from the companies.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.
