I had posted on the other thread, not towel cakes but flannel cakes and wondered if anyone knows where to get food shaped soaps like fruit and biscuits?

Jenni next time you go in have a good look round the shampoo section that is where i found the body lotion, shampoo, shower gel it was on the top shelf, the mouth wash was on the opposite side near the showergels toothpaste and toothbrushes further along the same shelf, lip gloss and bubbles were with the girls toys and i got some 3d stickers to stick on the ribbon to go round, just made one today for my nieces birthday but cannot remember how to post the picture, unfortunately took it after i had wrapped in cellophane but you can see the toiletries poking out the top and the stickers.Jan lunch to work days 0/200 -

wendall its 2 hello kitty ones i want to do too - ive got one blanket and a beanie for the top and, erm, thats it lol
what sort of kitty things did you get from home bargains, is that where you got the towel from too? I take it you're doing a double tier one? Only kitty toiletries i've seen are from boots and they are quite expensive. I also got those bandz from the grabbit thread to put in.
got to do a peppa one for dd3 too and can't find cheap peppa things at all

I love these but I have tried all sorts of folding and wrapping and just cant get the base right.
It always comes out flat which means whatever i want to put IN it sits on top, rather than snuggly inside, and subsequently it just falls out!
Does anyone have any advice for making these, or better still a tutorial? I always do hampery type things for those difficult to buy for, but usually just end up bundling it all into a gift bag. These towel cakes would be fab for the toiletries gifts if I could just learn how to make them properly!!!
