Connecting a 'Solwise' Homeplug?

Hi yesterday I connected a 'Solwise' 200 mbps AV homeplug with mains through' to my router & a '200 mbps 3 port eternet adapter' to my TV successfully. Didn't have to press anything to connect, they just did.
Today I tried connecting a 'Solwise' mini size 200 AV homeplug' to my TV in the bedroom. I am following the 'simple connect' but can't get any of the LED's to light up, not even the power LED? With even the power not lighting up could the plug be faulty?
Is it as simple as pressing one connect button on one of your plugs within the network & then the new one?
Solwise this second back in touch & said it was faulty, the power light should come on regardless
Appreciate help from anyone who may be using 'Solwise'
