Lowest fee free tracker?

Just thought I would pop in to see if anyone has any ideas who is currently offering the lowest fee-free tracker rate?

Thanks

    Remortgage @ 48% LTV.

Fee free as I've only seen either no fee or £1000+ nothing in between and I cant afford the fee!

I know you're going to tell me I'm not looking hard enough!

Most fees can be added to the mortgage, worth checking what's cheapest over the term

Unless the mortgage is particularly low, It's normally worth paying an arrangement fee, to get a lower rate.
