Am mega skint lately so have been making things to take into work as I work nights and we need cake! lol
I want to make a thick fudgy topping for cupcakes and have see this recipe.

It says cooking chocolate but all I have in is normal dark and normal milk chocolate... you think these would work too?

You should be okay with the dark, the milk choc will make it too sweet! I never use cooking choc. I usually get the 74 percent cocoa choc from Lidl or Tesco, makes lovely frosting!

that's what I'm using now, Mr T bog standard basic of basic chocolate lol.. looking ok just hoping it firms up a bit so have popped it in fridge for a bit
