We made something ricey for tea tonight.

I made the rice as per cooking instructions but with a few cardamom pods added for flavour.
Towards the end of the rice cooking, add peas and cook for a further 2 - 3 mins.
    Drain any remaining water.
Add 1 - 2 eggs (depending on amount of rice) and tuna (we added flaked tuna steak tonight, but I have used chicken, ham, beef (cubed) or lamb (cubed) or pork (cubed) before).
Add a splash of oil (about a tsp) and heat thoroughly until egg is fully cooked.
When the egg is cooked, I add a small can of chopped tomatoes and about 1tsp and a half of green Thai curry paste.
Mix all together really well, heat for a further minute or so and serve.
