help with facebook win

i won a shirt off altiusonline and got a message from someone who works for them
no message on their facebook page or email
when i sent email regarding size etc nothing was returned wondering if they had received it i sent a few more and posted on their wall
anyway because someone else asked if their prizes were genuine they got in touch and told me on the 12th october the prize will be sent out in 48 hours
still nothing.........again number of emails post deleted off facebook
anyway this morning i again posted on their wall and got told to ring
what a surprise it rings for a bit then they cut me off
im really unsure if this is genuine or a publicity stunt advertising false prizes as another lady as been told the same

they have deleted all messages absoloutly rubbish dont enter comps with this one
